The project comprises of six units to be built in an estate setup with sectional title. The project is to be built on an existing building in a large piece of land, which is to be demolished to allow for the development. These high-end units are to have under floor heating, central vacuum systems, energy efficiency systems, etc. Each unit also has its own swimming pool.
